Papaya is rich in Vitamin A, C, E and K. It also contains Papain a special enzyme that helps removal of impurities in skin, removes dead cells on skin and breaks down inactive proteins. Applying papaya pulp and drinking papaya milk can do wonders to the skin. Take a papaya peel, rub it all over the face and leave it for about five minutes. Wash off well with cold water and you will find a nice soft shiny and bright skin. Do this at least once a week.

It has natural bleaching properties and protects skin cells from sun damage. Raw Papaya is also good for the skin. Blend a teaspoon each of plain yoghurt, honey, vitamin E oil and a cup of papaya well. Massage the paste into the skin and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse off well with cold water.
